Bring your yoga mat or towel. Certified Yoga instructor and singer, Allison O'Connor will lead us through postures that promote alignment and bring awareness to the body as an extension of your instrument. Julie and Allison have put together a workshop that will help you pay attention to how your body makes sound and guiding your through a physical checklist to enhance your singing. In the second half of the workshop participants will be able to sing using lessons learned earlier in the day. Maximum of 20 students. RSVP to Julie by Jan 28.
